Macrobiotic Nutrition is founded upon the goal of bringing homeostasis or balance to the body and mind through eating a well-balanced, local, organic and plant-based diet. Preparing and eating healthy food can be overwhelming, especially given the time constraints most of us face today, but it doesn’t have to be. Yasuo Mori, a Shiatsu Master from Japan who has completed extensive studies in macrobiotic nutrition and has been in practice since 1974, breaks down the most essential principles and components of a macrobiotic diet and shares his ingeniously simple solution to everyday nutrition: Chi Soup. Chi Soup is an incredibly healthy, one-pot meal recipe that Mr. Mori has developed for maintaining optimal health using Macrobiotic Nutrition principles as its foundation.

 In this creative and informative class, we will learn:
